6:30pm @ Cameron Park in West Covina
Over a 6 week period participates will gain strength, stamina, and confidence. The program will be held outdoors at Cameron Park in West Covina every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Participants will perform movements of moderate to intense cardio, body-weight training, as well as agility and core exercises.
